Supporting IEEP's work

IEEP is a dynamic research organisation studying the development of environmental and environment-related policy in Europe and beyond. Through our work we regularly identify opportunities and issues we feel require further research in order to bring a new perspective to the debate and/or improve the level of environmental protection.

We consider that IEEP's research, and the skills offered by our in-house experts, can often add a new dimension or perspective to policy debate. IEEP's independent role means that we are able take a step back and understand the issues afresh, often providing a bridge between the divergent views of different stakeholders.

As a research organisation and charity, we often do not have the funds available to pursue all of the ideas we generate. Nor can we contribute to all the advisory groups, workshops and policy debates that our broad skill-base allows or that we have been requested to attend. Additionally, we run research projects where "match funding" is required.

We therefore welcome interest by parties - foundations, charities, governments, NGOs, suitable corporate sponsors and individuals - that value our input to the debate and might be interested in supporting our activities.

This section of our site will contain information on IEEP's current funding needs and acknowledgement of parties who have provided funding to support our activities in the past.
